Not for the moment we returned to work exhausted, still figuring out who we are now that we're somebody's mama. And definitely not for how to pass down our cultura while also breaking the cycles that were never ours to carry.

There are two things I know how to do well: help people navigate leave and fight for what they're owed, and build community out of nothing but a shared need to belong.

I'm Tatiana. I spent years as a leading expert in corporate America, helping companies navigate paid leave compliance, what the law requires, what employers won't volunteer, and where the gaps are that cost workers the most. I know how these systems work from the inside. Now I get to use that knowledge for you.

I'm also a modern Latina mama figuring out madrehood in real time, holding onto what our abuelas gave us, letting go of what hurt us, and raising a daughter who knows exactly who she is and where she comes from.

This space is for the working moms writing their own rules: in Spanglish, in silence, in the middle of the night with a baby on one hip and a browser tab open to figure out how many sick days you can take before you’re fired.
