These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of madreliving.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Madre Living ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Not Legal Advice
The content published on this Site, including all blog posts, guides, resources, and any information shared through our 1:1 consulting or advisory services, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
NOTHING ON THIS SITE CONSTITUTES LEGAL ADVICE. Madre Living and its owner are not attorneys or licensed legal professionals. The information shared about FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, paid benefits, and related topics does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be relied upon as legal advice for your specific situation.

4. Products, Courses, and Paid Services
a. Purchases
When you purchase a product, course, or consulting package from us, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. All purchases are subject to availability.
b. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
c. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and consulting services, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@madreliving.com and we will work to resolve it.
For consulting services, cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable.
d. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Our consulting services are informational and strategic in nature. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including approval of leave claims, benefit amounts, or employment decisions. Results depend on your individual employer, policy, and circumstances, which are outside our control.
5. User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the Site (such as comments or form submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MADRE LIVING AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, PRODUCT, OR SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@madreliving.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
